We all deal with stress on a daily basis. But what do we do about it?
This project is an attempt by us students to start a dialogue about stress and the need to recognize and address it.
We designed a service specially for the students at the National Institute of Design, that allowed them to de-stress in a unique way!
Ga**mra is a “kamra” i.e. room for venting out stress. It is a sound proof room that allows one to enter alone and vent out stress through whatever means are suitable, i.e. dancing, screaming, crying, shouting, etc.
This room allows people to do what they usually do in times of stress that makes them feel better in a closed, confined space.
